Once you've identified your Samaria, who can help you pray about implementing one, or maybe two, FCA Ministry Programs within your Samaria? Consider your supervisor, board members, donors, staff and mentors to help you.
Pray!
Ask for God’s wisdom and guidance:
- As you engage with your Samaria
- In prioritizing the right FCA Ministry Program/s
- To identify opportunities inspired by Him
Advertise
When you advertise the FCA Ministry Program selected, include an employer branding campaign within your promotional material immediately. Filling roles in your Samaria may take more time than you will enjoy, so advertise multiple ways to serve, volunteer and fill open or future staffing roles within that area right away.
- Include all the benefits FCA offers and provides for full-time and part-time staff. Examples: Health, Vision, Dental are offered, PTO is provided. Scholarship Opportunities, Professional Training, and Career Development.
- Take pictures of well known landmarks in your Samaria to include in your employer branding material. Example: local stadiums, fields, statues, schools, and churches they will recognize.
